Garden City Center, LLC is a private practice of mental health professionals providing therapy and counseling to individuals, couples, groups, and families with a Christian worldview in Washington, DC.

Job description

  • Caseload of a minimum of 10 clients per week, and the potential for growth to full-time

  • A hybrid of in-person and telehealth

  • Ownership of your client load and growth with a steady stream of referrals

  • Attend monthly 1-hour staff meetings

  • Attend monthly 1-hour Garden City Center peer consultation group

  • Competitive compensation

qualifications

  • Licensed in DC as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD.

    • We will consider pre-licensed candidates or LG’s, provided that they obtain their own supervision and adhere to state licensing laws.

  • Christian spirituality:

    • Understand Christian context with regards to theology, doctrine, Church community, interpersonal relationships among Christians, intrapersonal relationship between a person and the Triune God, and family dynamics with regards to faith communities

    • Respect for diverse Christian faith practices and non-Christian beliefs
